How to Track Your Order
Method 1: My Account
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Account > Orders
- Click on the order you want to track
- View real-time tracking information
Method 2: Email Link
- Open your shipping confirmation email
- Click the “Track Package” link
- View tracking details on carrier website
Method 3: Tracking Number
- Find your tracking number in the shipping email
- Visit the carrier’s website (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Enter your tracking number
- View detailed tracking information
Order Status Meanings
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Order Placed | We’ve received your order and payment |
| Processing | Vendor is preparing your order |
| Shipped | Package is on its way to you |
| Out for Delivery | Package will be delivered today |
| Delivered | Package has been delivered |
Delivery Timeline
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Multiple Vendors
If you ordered from multiple vendors, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each vendor. Each package is tracked independently.
Tracking Problems?
If you’re having issues with tracking:
- No tracking info yet? Vendors have 24-48 hours to ship
- Tracking not updating? Carrier may not have scanned package yet
- Package delayed? Check carrier website for updates
- Package lost? Contact us after expected delivery date
